SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES AND RETURNED GOODS
Wrong
Part Numbers, Shortage/Overage, etc. MUST be reported within 10 days of
receipt of shipment. Scooter Juice is committed to YOU, our
Customer, for your 100% satisfaction. Should you need to make a return:
1) E-mail us using the contact us form on this web site for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and number.
2)
An RGA # is required for ALL returns and only those items listed and
authorized on the RGA may be returned. All returns must be reported
within 30 days and then received at our store within 30 days of the RGA
date.
3) There will be no restock fee charged on returns due
to Scooter Juice shipping errors, defective items or warranty
claims. All other returns will be charged a restocking fee of 20% and
are to be returned at the customer's expense. Obsolete or special order
items can not be returned. Items being returned must be in re-sellable
condition with packages in original condition. All returned items must
be current Scooter Juice part numbers.
LIMITATIONS OF SELLER'S LIABILITY
Scooter Juice shall not be liable hereunder for damages in excess of
the purchase price of the item with respect to which damages are
claimed, and in no event shall Scooter Juice be liable for loss
of profit or good will or for any other special, consequential or
incidental damages.
BACKORDERS
We
strive to ship every order complete and within 3 to 5 business days.
However, items are occasionally temporarily out of stock. Backorders
will be shipped at Scooter Juice expense as soon as they are
available. Backorders unable to be filled within 30 days will be
automatically canceled and any moneys owed refunded.
